At DAVIDsTEA, we want you to love your steep. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on tea and accessories within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your tea is unopened and in its original packaging, and that accessories are unused with all tags attached.

  Start Your Request

  Log into your online account or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the original invoice; apply the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
