How should I store my loose leaf tea to keep it fresh?
To maintain optimal freshness, store your tea in a cool, dry, and dark place. We recommend using our airtight tin canisters to protect the leaves from light, air, and moisture.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.
What is your return policy for tea products?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on loose leaf tea or tea bags. However, if you are unsatisfied with a tea accessory or hardware, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Are your teas organic or allergen-free?
